Veteran UFC fighter Almeida calls it a career

Veteran UFC fighter Ricardo (Big Dog) Almeida has announced his retirement. The 34-year-old fought 11 times in the UFC, winning six and losing five in two stints, and exits with a 13-4 overall record. His last outing was a loss via unanimous decision to Mike Pyle at UFC 128 on March 19.
